Cut an apple in half and place it wherever there is an unpleasant
odor.The air will clear as the apple halves absorb the odors for up
to six hours-unlike artificial sprays, which merely covers up
unpleasant smells. I place only one half of the apple by my cat
litter box and it works great. (Thanks to the reader who
