Cleaning the walls doesn't have to be all that hard. Yesterday I discovered something easy that works fantastically well at cleaning walls and cleaning cupboards.
Cleaning the Walls - Baking Soda vs. Magic Eraser
I know that many of you LOVE the Magic Eraser for cleaning walls and Kitchen cupboards, but I think I've found something even better that costs less and is a more natural choice. Baking soda! All I did was take a moistened cloth and sprinkle with plenty of baking soda and used that to scrub the walls. It got off all the bits of goop and gunk and almost had a slight bleach effect as it seemed to make the walls fresher again.
This also worked GREAT on my kitchen cabinets - better than the Magic Eraser had. So, if your walls and kitchen cabinets are looking a bit icky, try this easy and cost efficient tip. :)
P.S. One note...the walls and kitchen cabinets are both pale colors (white cabinets and beigey walls.) If you have darker cabinets and walls you might need to rinse more carefully afterwards, or else have streaks of baking soda!
